GTC International invests in Belgrade again, 60,000 square meters of luxurious space in Novi Beograd’s block 19A – “Avenija 19” and “Park apartmani” – €40m
Construction of luxurious business center Avenija 19 and housing complex Park Apartmani should start at the end of 2005 in Block 19A in Novi Beograd. Eli Alroj, president of company GTC International says that the building, on total surface of 60,000 square meters, settled between MIlentija Popovića Street, Vladimira Popovića Street and Treći bulevar Boulevard, will cost about €40m. The planned two buildings will be connected by pedestrian track and they will joint underground garage on two levels of 20,000 square meters. The completion of construction is expected in summer 2007.
Park Apartmani, the housing part of the complex, as well as business block, will be settled on space of 20,000 square meters. Besides the apartments whose size will range from one-room flats to four-room apartments (37-180 square meters), there will also be some luxurious pentahous, duplex suites on the last floor with roof gardens and balconies. Park Apartmani will have security 24h a day, fitness halls, 220 garages, central atrium-park reserved only for tenants. There will also be a restaurant, supermarket, coffee shop...
The rental fee for office space will amount to 22 EUR/m2, whereas the price of apartments will be 1,500 EUR/m2.
