Hotels Podrinje and Gucevo in Banja Koviljaca sold
The new owner of Hotel Podrinje is the Hong Kong-based Long Glory Trading Limited, which paid RSD 109 million for it, whereas DOO Infofin Loznica paid RSD 60 million for Hotel Gucevo.
Hotel Podrinje was sold at twice the initial price, whereas the price paid for Hotel Gucevo is three times the initial price.
Hotel Podrinje has four floors of a total of 4,700 m2, whereas Hotel Gucevo has five floors of a total of 2,300 m2.
