Stamparija Borba to take over Kompanija Novosti from Milan Beko
Two creditors had filed a request for the conversion of their claims into Novosti's capital within the deadline defined by the PPRP – GP Kompanija Stamparija Borba ad, as the biggest creditor, and Beodragos, the supplier of printing paper.
The decision will be carried out in line with the law within three months of its adoption at the Business Registers Agency and the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.
Milan Beko is the majority owner of Kompanija Novosti, but has lost the management rights in the meantime, having failed to buy out the shares he was obliged to buy out by law, so the company is run by the state.
