Industrija Motora Rakovica up for sale – Former giant’s property estimated at RSD 2.93 billion
The property of IMR in Rakovica consists of seven halls with 15 facilities for the production of machinery and seven warehouses, taking up 75,000 m2, a hotel on 1,600 m2, a head office building, infrastructure and the ownership of the IMR Institute.
The property also includes a production complex in the municipality of Cajetina, another one in Sljivovica and another one in Ljubis on Zlatibor.
Along with this immovable property, the offer includes all the equipment from IMR’s engine and tractor production facility, as well as the company’s receivables.
The sale through a public collection of bids is scheduled for May 31, which is also the deadline for the submission of written bids.
