Serbian Finance Minister opened the trading at the London Stock Exchange today, together with CEO Nikhil Rathi. They then discussed the investment potentials of Serbia and the possibilities of cooperation.

– The Republic of Serbia was given a great honor today at the London Stock Exchange, as they enabled us to symbolically open today's trading and present the investment potentials of Serbia to the global financial community – said Mali, who is on a one-day visit to London.

He added that it was good that the majority of the companies had been in the plus since that morning and that he had had a very constructive meeting with Rathi, the Ministry of Finance says in a press release.

– We talked about the economic policy of the Government of Serbia, its investment possibilities and how to expand our pool of investors – Mali said.

– We want them to invest even more in our securities and to recognize Serbia's potentials – Mali said.

– We have good results, and investors recognize that – Mali said and thanked Rathi for the opportunity given to Serbia.
