Delta Planet shopping mall opens in Banjaluka – Delta announces investments in Sarajevo
The Delta Planet shopping mall is an investment of the Belgrade-based company Delta Real Estate, which operates within Delta Holding. EUR 70 million was invested in it. The shopping mall takes up 62,500 m2, has over 100 stores and has brought over 40 new brands to the B&H market.
– After Hotel InterContinental in Ljubljana, we are opening this shopping mall in Banjaluka. Next week, we are opening one in Varna, in Bulgaria. This is a part of Delta Holding's regional development, from Triglav to the Black Sea – Miskovic said.
Miskovic added that they expected the investments in Zagreb and Skopje to start soon and that they hoped that they would also obtain permits for the beginning of the construction of Delta Planet and Hotel InterContinental in Belgrade.
Furthermore, Miskovic said that they planned the construction of the shopping center in Sarajevo, where 6 ha of land had already been bought.
The opening ceremony was attended by high officials of B&H, the City of Banjaluka and representatives of the media, embassies and the economy.
