The sales and purchase agreement was signed between the president of the Municipality of Kula, Damjan Miljanic, and the director of the German company, Michael Scheib.
Scheib announced that the construction would begin after the obtaining of the building permit, perhaps as soon as April.
According to him, 300 people should be employed at the plant, but there’s a possibility of increasing the number of jobs as the workload increases.
