JOVANOVIC: Coca-Cola's purchase of Bambi a proof of our success
When asked what the sale of Bambi means for the Serbian economy and consumers, Jovanovic points out that Coca-Cola HBC is already a strong market player in Serbia, as well as internationally, and that, as he says, “we believe that it will continue implementing the wide range of Bambi's products in order to deliver the best products to consumers”.
As he said, Coca-Cola HBC has recently bought on the biggest coffee shop chains in the world, Costa Coffee, which provides endless opportunities for Plazma to be served with each coffee in the company's coffee shops worldwide.
The acquisition of Bambi by the company which is listed on the London Stock Exchange with a value exceeding EUR 11 billion is an important proof of foreign investors' trust in Serbia.
We expect this move to encourage many other investors to invest in Serbia and its infrastructure, industry and people, Jovanovic said for Blic.
