AIK Banka makes bid for remaining shares of Gorenjska Banka
As RTV Slovenia reports, AIK Banka offered EUR 298 per share, and the bid, published in Delo, is valid until March 13.
AIK Banka currently owns 77.7% of Gorenjska Banka, or 301,327 of all the shares issued. The takeover bid pertains to the remaining 86,611 shares, which are owned by various small shareholders.
At the price of EUR 298, AIK Banka should set aside EUR 25.81 million for the remaining 22.3% stake, it is said.
