Museum of Yugoslav Pioneers and Youth and Memorial Complex Bosko Buha up for sale

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put the movable and immovable property of the hospitality-tourist company Putnik from Prijepolje up for sale.

The property is split into three lots. The first one consists of the hotel and movable property – equipment, small inventory and motor vehicles. The initial price is RSD 53,264,232.

The second lot consists of the hospitality facility – Cultural Center, the Museum of Yugoslav Pioneers and Youth at the Memorial Complex Bosko Buha, pavilions and mansions for the accommodation of guests. The initial price is RSD 30,165,843.

The third lot consists of the cultural facility – Memorial Home Bosko Buha and land. The initial price is RSD 14,880,108.

Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements. After the sales documentation is purchased, the property may be viewed each work day from 10 am till 2 pm.

The public bidding is scheduled for February 28, at 12 o’clock, at the premises of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency – the Bankruptcy Center (23 Terazije Street).
