The City of Novi Sad has opened a non-binding public call for the collection of letters of interest for the designing, financing, building, maintenance and management of garages in the territory of the City of Novi Sad, the press release says.

Eligible tenderers are all interested local and foreign natural and legal persons, and the locations for the realization of the project are Modene Street, Branimira Cosica Street, the corner of Uspenska and Safarikova streets, next to the building of the Provincial Government and the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, next to the Railway Station of Novi Sad and in the Detelinara neighborhood, along Evrope Blvd.

Bids can pertain to all or only some of the locations, as per choice. The City of Novi Sad will provide building land for the realization of the project. Potential partners are expected to do their own estimates and carry out all the necessary checks in order to evaluate the project.

After the letters of interest are analyzed by the working group formed by the city, the competent authorities of the City of Novi Sad can initiate the procedure for the selection of the partner, under the law which regulates public-private partnerships and concessions, the press release says.

Letters of interest are sent by mail or handed over directly in two copies at the City Administration for General Affairs, 1 Trg Slobode, Novi Sad, and sent by email to milijana.radovanovic@uprava.novisad.rs by April 8, 2019, at 12 o'clock.

The call is non-binding and has been opened only for the purpose of testing the market. The City of Novi Sad is therefore not obliged to initiate any procedure of the selection of a partner and is not responsible for potential costs or damage incurred by tenderers or third parties.
