Hotel experts at Adria Hotel Forum on February 20-21 in Belgrade
Three renowned international companies – Trip Advisor, STR and Colliers International, will open the conference. They will explain the relation between market changes and hotel prices and the amount of investments in a single destination. There will also be discussion about what kind of projects are in investors' focus, but also about the financial crisis announced for 2020.
Over the course of two work days, other current topics will be discussed as well, such as who finances development projects in the region and under what terms; how to secure an investment; what to do with the constantly growing problem of employment, which poses a challenge to investors; what lifestyle hotels are and how hotel design influences the guests' experience.
Each year, Adria Hotel Forum, which has been hosted by Croatia so far, brings together world investors, but also global experts.
