Energoprojekt Garant officially merged with Sava Nezivotno Osiguranje
Energoprojekt Garant a.d.o. no longer exists as of this date and is deleted from the register of business entities. On the same date, Sava Nezivotno Osiguranje, as a legal successor, took over the entire portfolio of Energoprojekt Garant, all the rights and obligations thereof and all other rights and obligations, the entire property, all claims and the entire capital of Energoprojekt Garant.
In line with this, all the obligations toward its clients that Energoprojekt Garant a.d.o. had until December 31, 2018, are taken over by Sava Nezivotno Osiguranje as the successor company, which will continue meeting all the obligations related to insurance as per the contracts signed with Energoprojekt Garant.
Former clients of Energoprojekt Garant have been notified of the status changes, as well as the options for the realization of their requests, rights and obligations, on time and in detail.
