After this transaction, the management of Grand prom continues to work with the same personnel and nothing will be changed either in operations or plans.

On September 16, Slovenian company became owner of 75% of stocks the biggest manufacturer of coffee in Serbia Grand prom (Grand coffee). Droga Kolinska paid €52.5m for these stocks, €7m of which are in the form of stocks of joint venture. Former owner of Grand prom Slobodan Vučićević has become one of the major stockholders of Droga Kolinska. The Slovenians has also become the owners of 75% of stocks of confectionery industry Soko Štark.

Grand prom will take over the management of business group Droga KOlinska on the markets of SCG, BiH and Macedonia, while Vučićević will become executive director of Droga Kolinska Group for the market of Southeast Europe.

Vučićević was one of the most serious potential buyers of stocks of company Centroproizvod. Since that transaction has recently been cancelled by court decision, it is possible that Vučićević’s offer will be repeated.

The new group prepares to expand to the East, especially to Russia where products from Serbia are exported duty free.
