Movable property of IMT Beograd in bankruptcy up for sale – Potential tendering for land in summer 2019

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the movable property of IMT AD in bankruptcy. As eKapija learns unofficially, the immovable property of the company, consisting of land and real estate, will most probably be put up for sale as well, and the tendering might start in July or August 2019.

The offer includes mechanical equipment, conveyors, tractors and forklifts, vehicles, supplies (spare parts and tires), waste iron and copper, a restaurant and a kitchen. The value of the property up for sale has been estimated at RSD 475,983,221.59, whereas the initial price is RSD 237,991,610.80.

Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements and the documentation may be submitted until February 11, 2019, by which time the items can be viewed as well.

The public bidding will take place on February 19, 2019, at 11 am, at the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade.
