Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic visited the facility being built by the Italian company Euroin in Kula yesterday. The company produces upper footwear parts.

The first phase of the construction is close to being completed, and the planned expansion will be completed by 2021. Euroin has facilities in Ugrinovci, Feketic and Kosjeric.

The prime minister met with the heads of the local self-government in Kula, where local elections take place on Sunday, and said that the number of investors in the local industrial zone was growing.

She announced that a German investor would open a facility with 350 employees in Kula not long after and that the Italian company Calzedonia would expand the facility.

According to her, the production of tractors will begin this March in the Municipality of Secanj, in the former IMT facility, bought by the Indian company Tafe.

– During this government's mandate, agreements with 14 investors in Vojvodina have been signed and they have created 2,200 jobs – Brnabic said.
