Sale of 28.51% of Jubmes Bank capital advertised – Application by April 9, 2019
Letters of intent with binding bids are to be sent by April 9, 2019.
A letter needs to contain a binding statement of readiness for the purchase of the 28.51% stake, a binding statement on the price per share that the bidder is ready to pay and the authorization of the transaction by the National Bank of Serbia.
The total assets of Jubmes Bank amount to around EUR 120 million, the total capital is around EUR 30 million, and the bank has two branch offices.
The share capital offered consists of regular shares owned by the Republic of Serbia and the shares of the banks in bankruptcy in which the Deposit Insurance Agency is the bankruptcy supervisor.
Interested parties will be provided with access to data in order to carry out a legal-financial analysis of the bank's operations, and the service will be available until January 24, 2019.
