The world's longest panoramic gondola, at 7.4 kilometers, is located in China, but if everything goes according to plan, Zlatibor's Gold Gondola might take over the title by the summer of 2019 with its 9-km route. The construction has reached the third phase.

– We expect to obtain the permit for the remaining 17 columns to the Tornik peak. The property-legal relations that used to be the biggest obstacle have been resolved, the technical documentation is ready, and I expect that we will obtain the permit for the fourth phase as well in the next few weeks – says Bojana Bozanic, the director of the PE Gold Gondola Zlatibor.

– The fifth phase entails the construction of stops at Ribnicko Lake. The construction is supervised by the supplier of the equipment, the French company Pomagalski. The procedure of the alienation of public ownership of the parcel is currently in progress at the land register. The investment of the Municipality of Cajetina in Zlatibor is worth EUR 13 million.
