China's Zijin to officially take over RTB Bor on December 18
At the ceremony organized on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the Mountain Home on Stol, Spaskovski said that he would still “try to contribute to the development of RTB and the town of Bor”.
– Chinese friends and new owners of RTB Bor will help us to, among other things, modernize and enrich the Museum of Mining and Metallurgy, and it is also likely that a special museum building will be raised as well – he said.
He added that he was proud of what he had done until then and that he was convinced that RTB and the town of Bor would achieve enormous development in every aspect in five to six years. Spaskovski assessed that the production of RTB Bor would more than triple, which also guarantees a fuller local budget and a better living standard.
