Biggest shopping center in Serbia opens in Novi Sad - More than 160 brands on 48,000 m2 in Promenada
– Promenada is one of the most important additions to the rich portfolio of NEPI Rockcastle, which includes not just the Kragujevac Plaza shopping center, our first shopping center in Serbia, but also the leading centers in Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Lithuania – said the manager of Promenada, Boris Stevovic.
At the opening ceremony, Aleksandra Zdravkovic, Leasing Manager at NEPI Rockcastle, said that she was convinced that Promenada Novi Sad would soon become the central place “not just for shopping and socializing for the whole family, but also one of the city’s symbols”.
Its unique design is what sets Promenada apart from other shopping centers. It is designed to let in large amounts of natural light. Also, the yard area features three concrete basketball courts. Two spacious balconies, one of which provides a view to the Petrovaradin Fortress, make Promenada even more attractive and interesting.
Until November 18, free parking will be available.
The new shopping center will feature the brands of Inditex Group, consisting of Zara, Massimo Dutti, Zara Home, Oysho, Pull and Bear and Bershka, and the brands of LPP Group, namely, Mohito, Sinsay and Reserved, which will open in a few weeks. Promenada will also feature LC Waikiki, as well as Fashion Company and Sportina with their brands. Numerous sporting brands will also be available, among which are Intersport, Sport Vision and N Sport, as well as stores offering products for children, such as Jungle Baby, Dexy Co Kids and Pertini. The shopping center will also feature Lisca, Orsay, Legend, Tiffany, Moni and many other brands. It will also offer some brands that have not yet been present in the Serbian market, such as Mohito, Maison Marasil, Kigili, House and Cropp.
What sets Promenada apart is that it also offers numerous local cafes and restaurants, such as Loft, Walter, Brunch and Modena, but also large global brands such as McDonald’s, KFC, Caribic Pizza and various entertainment features.
Music concerts are planned for November and December, and customers can also look forward to Black Friday discounts and fun Christmas and New Year features.
