Spatial Plan for National Football Stadium in Surcin to be prepared
The area encompassed by the Spatial Plan covers a part of the cadaster municipality of Surcin, and the terms and the guidelines for the preparation of the Plan are contained in the Law on the Spatial Plan of the Republic of Serbia from 2010 till 2020, the regional spatial plan of the administrative area of the City of Belgrade and the Sports Development Strategy of the Republic of Serbia from 2014 till 2018.
The long-term goal of the development and the adoption of the Spatial Plan is the construction of the National Football Stadium, which would be multifunctional and allow for the organization of international games of the highest importance.
The spatial plan will contain a detailed development and the rules of the arrangement, the construction and the usage of the area, and the deadline for the preparation of the draft is nine months.
The rough value of the preparation of the Spatial Plan is RSD 23.6 million with VAT, and the funds will be provided by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
