Lidl to open another three stores on November 8
– After the hearty welcome we received at the opening of our stores in 12 towns of Serbia, we are very glad that these three stores will once again provide consumers with the unique shopping experience we bring. We believe that they will recognize the value we offer and give us their trust. We will gladly offer a simpler, better and more affordable shopping experience to those who visit us at our new stores in Belgrade, Krusevac and Pancevo from November 8 – said Martina Petrovic, Head of Corporate Communications at Lidl Serbia.
The Lidl stores will offer 1,500 products, for which consumers have already shown a great interest in the opened stores in Serbia. In addition to unique Lidl brands, the offer includes more than 350 products of domestic suppliers. What makes Lidl unique in the market are time-limited discounts of non-food products, which change each week.
Also, Lidl has once again provided additional discounts during the first few days in the three new stores.
A new feature offered by Lidl in Belgrade is a different type of a store, meant for those parts of the city where securing a space for an outdoor parking lot is a challenge. The ground floor of the facility therefore features a garage, whereas the retail area is located on the upper floor. Also, the store in Pancevo features a look different than the other stores in Serbia, with a perpendicular canopy above the entrance. Still, the most important thing for consumers is that the interior retail space is identical to other stores and that the adaptations and the following of the latest construction standards enable the first modern discount store in Serbia to provide its customers with an improved shopping experience, to be a pleasant and safe place for the employees and that it is environmentally responsible.
The new Lidl stores will also work seven days a week, from 8 am till 10 pm.
