BionicCobot and world's leading presenters and entrepreneurs arriving - Tomorrow's issues to be topics at conference at STP Belgrade on November 5-6
Tomorrow’s issues like these will be the topic of the conference Reinventing the World – the power of industry 4.0, organized by Science Technology Park Belgrade on November 5 and 6, with the support of the Swiss Government.
The conference will gather more than 15 world-class lecturers and entrepreneurs in the field of Blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and cyber security.
Ivar Jacobson, “the father of the software engineering”, a Swedish scientist and entrepreneur, the creator of software development methods and the author of 10 books in software, system and business development, will hold a lecture “50 years of Software Engineering, now what?”, which will open the conference, announcing a comprehensive program during the first day. Katherine Foster is coming from Washington. She has supported more than 900 startups around the world through accelerator programs, and she has also provided the World Bank with advice in the field of blockchain.
In Belgrade, she will be talking about how Blockchain technologies can be beneficial to companies, as well as to public administration, and why it is important to encourage cooperation between companies, regulators and all stakeholders in their massive application. Lecture about improving the user experience and security in the cyber environment, will be presented by Harry Cheung, the winner of the Top 10 Business Entrepreneurs in China, who has spent more than 10 years at Kaspersky Lab for the Asia-Pacific region. Martina Ferracane, one of the 30 innovators below 30 years of age on the Forbes list, will be talking about how we should transform traditional education in modern business conditions.
You will be able to see the demonstration of FESTO Bionic product: BionicCobot and see how machines can work directly and safely together with humans.
The first day of the conference will be closed with the panel at which the startups from the region, Switzerland and Germany will take participants to the journey to the future of tech.
The second day is reserved for the workshops, with active participation in the discussion. Also, Aleksandar Matanovic, the founder and director of ECD, will hold a free workshop for students about trust and the role of mediators in Blockchain systems.
The conference will host about 200 participants, representatives of large and small companies, startups, as well as representatives of state administration.
