Mini Pani from Subotica to sell its franchise to Chile

Mini Pani d.o.o. from Subotica has presented, with the help of Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SCC) its franchise concept at the recent Espacio Food and Service 2018 fair held in Santiago, Chile. The frozen food company intends to implement its franchise in this South American country by transferring its know-how in production technology and technical expertise.

As the Commerce Chamber site states, Mini Pani is one of the 80 businesses which participated in the Ready2Go internationalization project supported by the European Commission and its Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and organized by Promos Agency from Milan. SCC was the official partner of the project and with the Chamber’s support five domestic companies participated in intensive training programmes for exporters in order to strengthen the export capacities of small and medium-sized enterprises. After the training, bilateral meetings were organized for the companies` representatives in India, USA, Cameroon, Canada and Chile presenting an excellent opportunity for establishing cooperation with businesses in these countries.

Espacio Food & Service 2018 fair held on September 25-27 gathered key players in the food industry of South America and organized bilateral meetings that Mini Pani representatives also participated in. B2B meetings were organized by the Eurochile Business Foundation with the support of Enterprise Europe Network, Ready2Go project and Promos Agency. The representatives from twenty European companies, participants of the Ready2Go project and more than 100 SMEs from the The Santiago Metropolitan Region took part in these meetings.


Mini Pani is a company that produces, stores and distributes deep frozen, semi-finished pastry within its franchise concept. The company intends to implement its franchise in Chile based on the Master Franchise Agreement by transferring its know-how in production technology and technical expertise.

The subject of the agreement is the production of quick-frozen pastry under Mini Pani name. The know-how knowledge refers not only to production technology but also to sale process, advertising and exclusive right to use the franchise package.
