Tendering for construction of 378 apartments for members of security forces in Nis and Vranje starts

The Ministry of Construction has opened the tenders for the contractors for 378 apartments to be built for members of the security forces in Nis and Vranje.

– Everything is prepared for the construction of apartments to begin, from the preparation of the project-technical documentation, the obtaining of land, to securing the money for the construction and the tendering. The first 378 apartments will be built in Vranje and Nis, which are the first to prepare everything necessary, and this will be the model for other towns as well – Mihajlovic said, as reported by the website of the competent ministry.

She specified that 190 apartments would be built in Vranje, as well as 188 in Nis, and added that the works were expected to start immediately following the public procurement procedure for the contractor.

The bid submission deadline for both tenders is October 22.
