Serbian Chamber of Commerce invites companies to join digital transformation project – Application deadline October 2

Center for Digital Transformation at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce And Industry together with German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) And Austrian Economic Chamber (WKO) invited companies to apply for support in digital transformation of business models and improve their business competence. Application deadline is October 2, 2018.

The project includes drafting individual Digital Roadmaps for each company and implementation strategies with the objective to raise the level of business competence through improving business models, the scope of services and products, communication with present and future clients, efficiency in finance planning, profitability and the quality of advertising through modern presentations and company promotion.

CDT will provide all eligible companies during their pilot project with free support of the first generation of Certified Digital Consultants. All business that apply until October 2 will qualify to be among the first 40 companies that will cooperate with digital consultants on their own Digital Roadmap.

Digital Roadmap is a strategy document that companies and consultants will jointly draft during the project workshop that defines key areas for digital transformation model in a certain company.

The selection of 40 contestants and assigning the certified digital consultants to the eligible businesses shall take place between October 2 and 9 and the consulting process shall be carried out during November. Out of 40 selected businesses, at least 20 will get a chance to have their own digital strategy drafted in the next phase of the project. It is a document that develops one of the priority areas defined in the Digital Roadmap, and the work on the document shall begin after the CDT team confirms that Digital Roadmap development has been successfully completed.

Companies apply for the project by filling out a self-assessment questionnaire on the current state of company's digitization on the CDT website that was launched on September 10. The information collected in the questionnaire shall enter the company profile database that the certified digital consultants will use as a staring point for drafting the Digital Roadmap. All the data and project results are the sole property of the company.
