Tender for project documentation for national basketball training center construction opens – New hall with four basketball courts near former Pionir Hall
The building is planned to be located in Belgrade Palilula municipality on the land unit between Mitropolita Petra Street, Carli Caplina Street, Mije Kovacevica Street and Dragoslava Srejovica Street in the vicinity of Aleksandar Nikolić Hall (formerly known as Pionir Hall).
The planned building will cover the area of 3,884.80 m2 an the grade plan is G+ 1. The project design includes a parking lot with 64 parking spots, including bus parking, in front of the facility.
The center will consist of two units – a sports hall for players and coaches and side rooms.
The sports hall is the most important and the largest space in the building with surface area of 2,255 m2. The hall will consist of four basketball courts for simultaneous training of four groups of players that could be separated with a sports dividing curtain. Two telescopic seating with 420 seats each are are also planned.
In addition to that, the building is planned to have 8 locker rooms, a medical block, management office and a coffee shop.
The center is meant for training the men’s and women'swomen's national basketball teams.
The deadline for tender submittion is October 8, till 10 a.m. at the latest, while the public opening of the bids is scheduled for noon of the same day at the address of the procuring entity.
