Leskovac barbecue designation to be used with authorization only from November 1
This is a project of the chambers of commerce of Leskovac and the Bulgarian city of Vratsa, which has been going on for the past 13 months, and specialties from Leskovac have been standardized and protected, RTS reports. On the other hand, Bulgarian spelt bread has been branded as well.
– After November 1, no one will be able to designate their product as Leskovac barbecue unless they have a permit, that is, the certification trademark that the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia should get after November 1 and the completion of this important project – says Goran Jovic of the Chamber of Commerce for the Jablanica and Pcinja District.
Iliyana Filipova of the Chamber of Commerce of Vratse adds:
– The Bulgarian-Serbian Train does not stop here. We are continuing to work together and cooperate in order to promote our products together in the right way.
