Housing grants for parents for third and fourth child

At the session held on August 9, 2018, presided over by the vice president, Djordje Milicevic, the Provincial Government reached the decision on the allocation of grants to families with three or four children for the purpose of housing or improving the housing conditions in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina in 2018, it has been announced on the website of the Provincial Government.

A total of RSD 63 million was set aside for this purpose. The funds are allocated from the budget fund for the pro-natality population policy of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina for 2018 through a public contest to be opened by the Provincial Secretariat for Social Policy, Demography and Gender Equality.

The decision says that eligible families include those living in the territory of Vojvodina which get a third or a fourth child in the period from January 1, 2018, till the date of the opening of the contest.

Under the decision, the provincial secretary for social policy, demography and gender equality is in charge of forming a commission and proscribing the criteria and the procedure of exercising the right to allocation of grants to subjects in a document, within 30 days of the date on which the decision comes into effect.

The decision comes into effect a day from the publication in the Official Gazette of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
