Chinese companies hiring local subcontractors – Tendering for construction of steel canopy on Belgrade Center-Stara Pazova section starts

The Project Modernization and Reconstruction of Hungarian-Serbia Railway Connection in the Territory of the Republic of Serbia, for the Section of Belgrade Center – Stara Pazova which is executed by the Joint Venture of China Railway International and China Communications Construction Company, now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the execution of canopy and related facilities on this section.

The tender, it is specified, is open to firms and joint ventures from the Republic of Serbia and other countries in Europe.

All tenders shall be delivered on or before August 24 and requests for clarification shall be submitted no later than August 7, 2018.

The scope of works for the execution of canopy and related facilities from Belgrade Center – Stara Pazova covers procurement, manufacturing and assembling of steel elements, setting out, supply and installation of protective glazed screens, supply of material, construction and installation of station fence, procurement of material and manufacturing of platform canopy executed in steelwork, installation of benches, and other necessary works for completing the Subcontract works.

As reminded, the financier is the Government of the Republic of Serbia, represented by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, and the investor is Infrastructure of Serbian Railways.

The deadline of completion of the execution of canopy and related facilities from Belgrade Center – Stara Pazova shall follow the Dynamic plan of Contractor.
