Miroslav Lazanski new ambassador of Serbia to Moscow?

Journalist and Serbian Progressive Party member of parliament Miroslav Lazanski will be Serbia’s new ambassador to Moscow, Blic learns unofficially.

The mandate of the previous ambassador, Slavenko Terzic, has expired, and the idea for Lazanski to be appointed new ambassador to Moscow has existed for some time now, the Belgrade daily reports.

– Terzic’s mandate has already expired. We had been looking for a replacement for some time and finally decided that Lazanski is ideal for this position – says a source belonging to top Serbian authorities.
