One hectar of land for 23 working positions – Jagodina will publish a tender for 200 ha of land on “corridor 10”, in February

The Mayer of Jagodina, Dragan Markovic – Palma, stated that Jagodina would offer to investors 200 ha of land for construction of companies, and the only condition would be hiring of the citizens, therefore the starting price would be 23 working positions for one hectar.

- The local management will do all necessary infrastructure and will help investors to build their companies as soon as possible, said Markovic.

Tender for land, located on “Corridor 10”, will be published in February, as Markovic announced using the opportunity to invite Serbian investors from abroad to invest in Serbia.

He also mentioned that for Jagodina’s citizens there would be provided several plots, from 50 to 150 acres, where they would have the priority, as “this location belongs to them”.
