Novi Sad continues negotiations about Stan with Lithuania's Civinity

Although the tender for a private partner of the PUE Stan was terminated, as the bidder, the company Civinity, had failed to submit valid documentation, Novi Sad will continue negotiating with this Lithuanian company.

The mayor's cabinet announced that the public procurement procedure had been terminated, but that, considering that the Law on Public Procurement envisages the possibility of negotiations with the bidder after the procedure, they would reach a decision as to whether to use the said option in the next several days.

The press release also says that the negotiation procedure entails considerably shorter deadlines and a procedure in which the bidder makes the bid made in the open procedure more complete, thereby making it acceptable.

The mayor's cabinet also said that the Commission for the public procurement procedure held a meeting with the bidder on Thursday, March 15, 2018, which, among other things, will provide a basis for the decision on the further course of the procedure.
