Serbia and Georgia sign agreement on visa liberalization

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic and Deputy Prime and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Mikheil Janelidze signed an agreement on the abolition of visas for citizens of both states on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, as reported on the website of the Government of Serbia.

Visa-free movement between the two states has thereby been enabled.


Dacic also said that, due to the fact that there are no embassies in the capitals of the two states, it had been agreed for a diplomat to be designated on each side to work on enhancing the relations intensively, it is said.
