Co-owner and legal representative of Jeanci, Yasin Deniz, announced that the company would move the production to a new facility in Leskovac in the summer, Dnevnik Juga reports.

After nearly seven years of production in the rented premises of the former Leteks, Jeanci will move to a reconstructed facility of the former Sintetika in Leskovac.

– We plan for the production to start in August, we need to wait for the vacation season to end too. Everyone working at the Leteks premises will move here, and we also plan to employ another 350 workers. The number of employees is sure to increase even further – Yasin Deniz said.

The reconstruction of the former Sintetika facility, where the new Jeanci facility is to be located, is practically completed. The works are being completed with the installation of modern alarm systems and fire protection and the inspection of the heating system, Dnevnik Juga writes.

The reconstruction of the 14,000-m2 facility is being financed by the City of Leskovac.
