The office will grow to 20 employees this year, and beginning with 2019, the plan is to have around 60 hardware and software engineers in the development center.
Christian Zelger, responsible for electronic systems at the Belgrade office, says that the talks with potential employees have already been carried out and that the candidates have made a good impression on the team of IT experts of Draxlmaier Group.
– The candidates are very well educated and very motivated – Zelger says and adds that, at the moment, they are looking for more new workers for the development office.
Draxlmaier Group has been operating in Zrenjanin since 2008 and it employs 5,000 workers there who produce systems of electrical installations for premium car manufacturers.
By opening the development center, the company is expanding its operations in Serbia and creating the possibilities for the development of new technologies and investments in the sector of car electronics.
