Blockchain Technologies new owner of production halls of Novi Sad-based company Petar Drapsin

The property of the factory Petar Drapsin in bankruptcy was sold at a public auction in Novi Sad for a total of RSD 320 million. Both property lots offered in the ad placed by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in December were sold, Politika reports.

According to the daily, the first, bigger property lot was bought by one of the leading people in the IT sector in Novi Sad, Vladimir Gogoljev, that is, by his company Blockchain Technologies.

At the auction held on Monday, January 29, 2018, the company offered RSD 270 million and bought a lot including movable and immovable property of Petar Drapsin in bankruptcy. The amount is nearly 70 million higher than the initial price of around RSD 201 million.

Among the items of immovable property in this lot are three production halls, a hangar, several side facilities, substations... The movable property sold includes equipment and machines for the production of screws, nails, wire meshes...

The other lot was bought by the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, that is, the Provincial Secretariat for Economy and Tourism, in line with the decision reached by the Provincial Government on January 17, 2018. The immovable property in this lot was bought at the initial price of around RSD 50 million by the Province, which thereby became the owner of a restaurant and a management building, Politika reports.
