The Danish company Grundfos has continued expanding its team at the factory in Indjija by opening a job contest for another 20 production workers.

One of the world leaders in industrial production of pumps is looking for workers of the third and the fourth vocational degree with experience in these or similar jobs.

The tasks to be performed by workers include assembling and packing products on an automated production line, securing the quality of labor and products, transport of pallets with finished products from the packing plant to the final inspection, moving finished pallets to stretch wrap machines, collection and storage of finished products from the production line, the loading and the unloading of trucks...

As the company told eKapija, 206 production workers were employed at the Indjija plant in 2017. Grundfos has 541 workers hired directly, as well as 109 workers hired externally – a total of around 650.

The company will also grow in 2018, at least when it comes to the number of employees. As they told us, the plan is to employ 20 new workers in February and March 2018.

Grundfos is one of the biggest Danish companies and it operates in over 50 countries. The pump manufacturer opened the plant in Serbia in 2013.
