Duke of Kent interested in Zlatibor Golden Town

Zlatibor is becoming an increasingly interesting place for tourism investments, and the municipality of Cajetina has also been visited by an investor from the UK – the Duke of Kent, in order for him to witness the potentials of the Serbian mountain firsthand, together with his partners from Slovenia.

The website of the Tourism Organization of Zlatibor reports that the guests learned about the possibilities of development of hotel capacities and features in close proximity to the gondola route and that they are especially interested in Golden Town, to be built alongside the Ribnica Lake.

Following a meeting with the heads of the municipality and the TO Zlatibor, the guests visited Ribnica and other locations designated for further development of tourism in Zlatibor.

As added, concrete propositions for investments in Zlatibor are expected in early 2018.
