Today, at the 16 + 1 Summit in Budapest, the Government of Serbia signed a protocol that will allow beef export to China.

On behalf of Serbia, the protocol was signed by the national coordinator of the Mechanism of Cooperation "16 + 1" Aleksandar Antic..

This is a protocol between the General Directorate for Quality Control, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Serbia, on inspection, quarantine and veterinary sanitary requirements for the export of beef.

This protocol opens the door to Serbia for export of beef to big Chinese market.
