French Week in Belgrade until November 23
The French Week starts on the third Thursday in November, the day when Beaujolais nouveau, a French wine released for sale shortly after being fermented, is tasted in restaurants and cafes throughout France. Following the opening party, all aficionados of French culture will have an opportunity to get to know French brands, companies, but also digital trends, through various activities accompanied by exquisite French wines and culinary specialties, says the press release by the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
As this year's event is held under the slogan “Living in the Digital”, the first in a series of educational events is the students' debate “Digitize Your Future”.Through a simulation of job interviews with HR representatives of French companies, students will be able to learn what corporations expect from future employees in the digital era, the experiences of startups and the transformations that IT brings.
For those looking for a job, the Online Job Fair will be organized for the duration of the event, and those interested will be able to apply for jobs in over ten French and Serbian companies at www.francuskanedelja.rs.
In cooperation with companies owning French brands, the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce has also enabled discounts on numerous products. A discount map will be available throughout the event.
The French Week is supported by Schneider Electric, Sanofi, Atos, Credit Agricole and Renault, as well as media partners Adria Media Group i Havas Adriatic.
