"Pepsi" negotiates about takeover of company "Knjaz Miloš"

Company "Pepsi" has confirmed that the negotiations about purchase of company "Knjaz Miloš" are in progress.

- It is definitely true that the negotiations are underway. The details will be presented to the public in the final phase - "Pepsi" announced.

Company "Pepsi International" participates in the negotiations through its office in Serbia - "Pepsico Americas".

People in company "Coca Cola" did not want either to confirm or to deny the information that that company is also interested in buying "Knjaz Miloš".

The Manager of Corporate Affairs in "Danube foods" group, Rade Pribićević, confirmed that several large international companies were interested in "Knjaz Miloš", but he could not name those companies.
