The Central Securities Depository closed the bid of the director of Napred Razvoj, Dobroslav Bojovic, for the takeover of Energoprojekt shares on July 31, 2017, making him the majority owner of the biggest Serbian construction company, Tanjug learns.

The bid was closed today, and, according to Tanjug, 16,63% of the shares were transferred, which, together with the 35,38% already owned by Bojovic, makes for a majority package of 52.01%.

The Securities Commission approved the submission of the bid for the takeover of Energoprojekt by Napred Razvoj and related companies and returned the right of vote in the company to Bojovic early this month.

According to the Securities Commission's decision from early July, which was viewed by Tanjug, Napred Razvoj was allowed to take over the shares of Energoprojekt Holding.
