Dobroslav Bojovic officially majority owner of Energoprojekt
The bid was closed today, and, according to Tanjug, 16,63% of the shares were transferred, which, together with the 35,38% already owned by Bojovic, makes for a majority package of 52.01%.
The Securities Commission approved the submission of the bid for the takeover of Energoprojekt by Napred Razvoj and related companies and returned the right of vote in the company to Bojovic early this month.
According to the Securities Commission's decision from early July, which was viewed by Tanjug, Napred Razvoj was allowed to take over the shares of Energoprojekt Holding.
By an earlier decision of the Securities Commission, the right of shareholder's vote in Energoprojekt was returned to companies Montinvest Properties, Jopag AG, Napred Razvoj, GP Napred and Dobroslav Bojovic.
Montinvest Properties has 565,699 shares, Jopag AG has 560,731, Napred Razvoj has 2,677,512, whereas GP Napred has 9,879. Dobroslav Bojovic, as a natural person, has 47,004 shares in the company.
