Stihl buys parcel in Block 53 for RSD 333 million
The bid was submitted by the company Stihl, which will be obliged to pay the building land development fee in the process of obtaining the building permit, Beoinfo reports.
City Manager Goran Vesic reminded that “the sold parcel is located in Block 53, the municipality of New Belgrade, on the route towards the Nikola Tesla Airport, close to the highway, and consists of plots intended for economic activities and business zones meant for the construction of production or commercial facilities”.
According to him, “the arrival of Stihl to the location in Block 53, in close proximity to Veletrznica and the Customs Terminal within the Parking Service complex, activates the possibility of the development of the Autoput Business Zone”.
The city manager emphasized that the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency had auctioned land worth RSD 1.22 billion in the current year, of which RSD 892 million had been paid to the city budget, whereas the rest of the money would be paid in installments.
He said that “the sale of the location close to Veletrznica says that Belgrade is becoming more and more attractive to investors”.
