Deadline for ending negotiations about sale of IMT expires on June 20 - possible extension
Deadline for ending negotiations about tender sale of Belgrade-based Industry of Machines and Tractors (IMT) expires tomorrow (June 20, 2008). However, the consortium made of "Neverfield Limited" from the British Virgin Islands and "Pol-Mot Warfarma" from Poland will get another 30 days to finally conclude this deal.
By the way, the 30-day extension is possible because the company is in restructuring. If the company did not have that status, the maximum additional period for ending negotiations would be 15 days.
