Novi Sad's Preston buys Beohemija-Inhem for RSD 2.5 billion – Sales increase of 35% planned for 2017

The owner of the Novi Sad-based Preston companies, Davor Milicevic, bought Beohemija-Inhem in bankruptcy as the only bidder at the starting price of RSD 2.5 billion today.

Milicevic said that the revenues of Preston, comprised of four companies, will increase by EUR 100 million annually with the purchase of Beohemija-Inhem.

As he said, Preston has had 100 employees so far, and around 400 employees of Beohemija should have no fear, as a good market analysis has been performed, and the plan is to increase the sales by 35% in 2017.


The property of Beohemija-Inhem consisted of registered trademarks – Duel, Duel Jorgovan, Duel Totalno Cisto and Deus, as well as facilities in Zrenjanin, among which are warehouses, production facilities and a new factory of liquid detergents.

The current investments of the company were also offered – construction of a residential and production facility in Zrenjanin, as well as facilities and equipment, basic raw materials stock and other processed materials, spare parts and small inventory, claims and investments.
