Securities Commission inquiring into sale of Energoprojekt shares
– Based on the petition submitted to the Commission, it has been decided to carry out extraordinary direct supervision related to the trading of Energoprojekt Holding shares – the Commission stated.
The procedure is currently in progress and will also entail the submission of data by regulatory bodies.
The Republic of Serbia has a 33.58% stock in Energoprojekt, followed by the Belgrade-based company Napred Razvoj (22.49%). Erste Bank (4.4%), Vojvodjanska Banka (4.9%) and Raiffeisen Bank (0.7%) also have stock in the holding.
In the past few days, Energoprojekt shares have been among the most traded securities at the Belgrade Stock Exchange, and the current share price is RSD 1,465. The lowest price of the holding's shares in the past year amounted to RSD 980.
