Ministries of EU will propose connecting of several different funds in order to provide efficient realization of infrastructure projects in the Balkan, which have priority.
In the European commission report stands that European investment bank is going to increase, between 2008 and 2010, the loans for the West Balkan to 2,8 billions EUR
