10th anniversary of CBRE Serbia
Globally speaking, CBRE dates back to the year 1773, while today the company has more than 75,000 employees, and with a total revenue of 13.1 billion dollars in the last year only, represents for years No. 1 real estate consultancy worldwide.
The company operates successfully in Serbia for 10 years now and currently covers the widest spectrum of real estate services. The company has grown in the equally young real estate market such as Serbian, which is gaining far more important role in domestic economy, predominantly thanks to greater share of direct foreign investments and overall trend of international companies outsourcing their regional business activities to Serbia.
Attendees were addressed by Dragan Radulovic, Managing Director of CBRE for Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia, and Andreas Ridder, CBRE Chairman for Central & Eastern Europe.
– The beginnings of our business activities in the Serbian property market, which at that moment was still in its embryonic stage, was a big challenge. Yet we grew along with the market and today we cover the widest spectrum of real estate services in Serbia, with a goal to offer our clients integrated service, as a one stop shop for all their real estate needs, be it an investor, tenant or buyer – Radulovic said.
– The world of real estate is generally characterised as cyclic in its nature, which defines the overall property climate, and currently in Serbia the cyclic trend is dominantly upward, thanks to far greater interest and share of foreign investments, numerous present and announced large-scale projects set to develop, which will ultimately redefine the future development of Belgrade, with significantly more prominent interest of large multinationals to establish industrial and warehouse facilities, as well as call centers and IT companies with exporting services. Our company is proud to be part of all these colossal projects already taking place, directly being involved in modelling the future looks of Belgarde – Radulovic added.
