"Telenor" realized income in amount of 15.53m EUR in first quarter of year 2008 - number of subscribers in Serbia larger by 63,000
Norwegian telecommunication company "Telenor" has announced that it realized income in amount of 1.24 billion RSD (15.53m EUR) in the first quarter of year 2008 in Serbia, which is 11% more than in the same period last year.
-Telenor has increased the number of users by 63,000 and it kept stable market share of over 39%. Operative profit of the company (EBITDA) has also grown by 20%, mainly because of lower expenses of marketing and sales - said Gabor Kočiš, the Executive Finance Manager in "Telenor".
"Telenor" has total of 2,987,000 subscribers in Serbia.
